We will practice 12 rounds of Sun Salutations + asanas to bring full body strength. As you move through the poses, you are also lubricating to joints, in turn aiding in keeping the full range of motion in the body.

A continuous practice of Sun Salutations will bring more strength, flexibility, and tone to the body. It will open the chest, hamstrings, shoulders, as well as release tension. 

Some experience with yoga is needed to attend this class. Not recommended to women on their period.
